bench: 10 x 135, 3 x 185 (weak..the second rep didn’t touch my chest just right), 4 x 175
decline: 7 x 175
clean and press: 2 sets of 4 x 95 (lowered it below the shoulders instead of partial reps..THAT might be causing back soreness)
dumbbell press (parallel) 2 sets of 10 x 45
rows: Hammer: 3 sets of 10 x 200
goblet squats: 6 x 25, 50, 70, 70 (used a bench to ensure going down..made sure it was a “butt touch” rather than “hamstring touch”)
plank, headstand
17 laps lane 1: 29:37 (14:13, 13:41, 1:41)
Weight afterward (shoes and shorts) 193.5 but that was after walking; that was 191 without.
