This was my follow up appointment. And..no second injection. I am not getting worse..seemingly getting slightly better with time.
So, the process continues..it will be a long, drawn out one, and not one I can say “I should be at X miles per walk by date Y.” I just need to look at monthly averages.
And speaking: my plan was to walk 1, do pull ups, walk a another 1 mile, but I felt great in my first mile that I went ahead and stopped at 2.2 and..this was my fastest walk is a very long time.

This wasn’t my Garmin giving me bonus miles either: it was the 1 loop of North Cooper, 3 loops of Rebecca, then one half loop of Cooper. And, I did it 1:10 faster than my previous 2022 best. Go figure.
Aside from a LOT of PT, I ended up with:
3 sets of 10 pull ups, 2 sets of 5 chin ups, 1 set of 5 wide, 1 set of 5 regular, 2 sets of 5 mixed.
Push ups: 2 sets of 30 incline, 55 “walk 10 with a band.”
Bench: note that my back likes the “feet up” bench more so: 3 sets of 7 x 150
dead: 10 x 134, 10 x 184 low, 10 x 270 8 inch (all went well)
high incline 3 sets of 10 x 94 Swiss
dumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10 x 22. (each arm)
