Still stuck on a detail..

Something I am trying to beef up..

Workout: PT (part), pull ups, 2 mile walk, more pull ups, push ups, weights downstairs.

Pull ups (pre walk) 10, 5 chin, 5 chin, 10 singles,5, 5, 5, 5 (30 seconds rest)

pull ups: post walk: 5 mixed, 5 mixed

push ups: 30 incline, 30 declined, 20 flat, then 2 sets of 10 with banded walks (3’rd set)

high incline: 10 x 94, 105, 105

deadlifts (all low) 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 228

bench: 6, 7, 7 with 150 (legs up)

curls: 3 sets of 10.

Walk: 12:30 mile 1; daydreamed (13:30 mile 2) then got after it.

Note: back was..well, *almost* a non factor. Not quite there yet…
