This one: I had planned to swim at the YMCA 50 meter ourdoor pool, but it was raining. Then I found out the Bradley pool was not open today (open tomorrow) and so..after PT..I went for a walk in a downpour. It was achy and my second mile (over brick streets) was a bit slower; and the final .5 miles was a bit rough; had to focus and had mild pain.
Finished with 3 minutes of plank and chest taps.
