I know, the semester hasn’t even started. But I spent the day getting rid of bib-tex errors. Yep..so much of the pain of getting something ready for publication is simple formatting. Ugh.
In the days of old, secretaries did the typing…either before, or at the journal. Now the author is expected to.
Workout notes; weights only: 80 minutes
warm up
pull ups: 10:20 for 50. Took to long to do the final 10 reps.
bench press: 10 x 132, 3 sets of 5 x 176 (decent set)
trap bar squat: 10 x 156, 10 x 167, 10 x 167 (took care to keep an upright torso)
outside: shoulder presses: 3 sets of 10 x 44 dumbbells
rows: 5 sets of 10 x 60
palms facing each other presses: 3 sets of 10 x 30. Not that hard except this was a super set with:
push ups: 2 sets of 20, 3 sets of 10.
I’ll do my won for the fall semester; no gym for me.
