Little by little, it is getting better.
2000 meter swim, 2.4 mile walk, 1 mile trail hike.
Swim: 800 of odd strokes, 200 of drill/swim (these felt long)
4 x 50 on the 1:30 approx: 57, 56, 56, 56
2 x 100 on the 3: approx 1:57, 1:56
200 in 4:00 (dang it)
100 back
4 x 50 on the 1:30: 54, 55, 55, 54
100 in 1:55
Walk 1: went behind the building and the first and last .4 miles (.8 miles total) were on grass/sort of trail. 14:59 mile 1, 14:30 mile 2
Walk 2: trail..did have two “keep the watch moving” forward bends ..still one of the better trail walks.

Note the mid back..whatever (feels like lats) is better.
