Recovering

I think my last flare up is winding down.
Today: PT mixed with pull ups (50 single reps, done in sets of 5), push ups (4 sets of 20, 2 of 10), walk, bench press (10 x 134, 10 x 145, 5 x 155), curls (2 sets of 10), trap dead (10 x 134, 10 x 184, then 10 x 250 4 inch)

Later: commuter walk.
