Quick and dirty

Got up early and did my full pt, pull ups (50 reps plus 3 negatives, including many knees up reps), push ups (20, 20, 15, 15, 20, 10), high incline (3 sets of 10 x 94), curls.

Glute/back felt great.

Hospital (B’s hand surgery), walked slowly without warm up; not the best walk; kind of like the bad old days, almost..did not have to stop.

Later: after a run to the drug store, walk 2 (street clothes); went much better but not all peaches and cream
