Well, this wasn’t the ol/d 1:25-1:28 pain/limp fests that it once was. Still this is 10 minutes slower than my “quick walk” pace in the days of old (20 years ago)
I walked first (after PT at home) then did some deadlifts when I got back:
10 x 134, 10 x 184 low, 10 x 254 4 inch, 10 x 270 8 inch…none were difficult.
