My issue: I have femoral stenosis from spondylolisthesis which tended (tends) to not like backward bending and too much walking but likes sitting, and I have bulging disks that like walking and doesn’t like sitting. LOL
So, sitting at work has become annoying; one day the back LOVES the lumbar cushion; one day it doesn’t.
Today: mixed PT with pull ups (singles done in groups, with step ups on a wobble board, 45 positives, 5 positives with holds and negatives..went VERY well), push ups (5 sets of 20, good depth), and full PT; felt great.
Walk: some discomfort at the start; eventually was ok..not fast at all.
Weights: curls felt great. Hard to get comfortable with bench presses: 10 x 134, 5 x 155, 5 x 155, 6 x 145.
Later: commuter walk, went GREAT.
I do have sore spot toward the side of my hip, kind of where the IT band connects.
Bodyweight: 197.3 before swimming yesterday, 195.8 after. Better. 10 more to go.
