Deadlifting after hiking

I am thinking about walking to the game, but I’d have to leave early and give myself time to stretch out. Yes, the piriformis WILL hurt but I’ll be sitting afterward…I might just gulp from naproxen and do it.

Deadlifts: 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 224

work set (on the 3) 5 sets of 3 x 256 (12:20 for all 5 sets)

high set: 2 sets of 3 x 284 (lead to tired back muscles…I think my low handle stuff is leg/glute dominant)
