Bond Project almost done

I wanted to watch the Bond films I haven’t seen and rewatch those I had forgotten completely about.

And I’ll compile my own “Best of Bond” list.

I watched a couple of Craig Bonds, all of the Brosnan ones, both Dalton ones, as well as Man with the Golden Gun (only watched part) and For Your Eyes Only (forgotten most), Dr. No and From Russia, with Love. Oh, I rewatched Diamonds or Forever just because I liked it.

I think I’ll rewatch On Her Majesty’s Secret Service; all I remember is snow and skiing and Bond’s wife getting killed.

Workout notes: this was one of those “I thought it would get better but never did” workouts; everything was a chore.

pull ups; bad day; still got ragged sets of 10 and did a penalty set of 3 at the end (50 reps plus penalty)

push ups: better: 40, 40, 30

dead lifts (recovery with shrugs) 10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 224, 10 x 251 (high)

curls: 3 sets of 10 x 50

shoulder: normal grip: 2 sets of 10 x 85, greater ROM close grip 10 x 65

Shoulders: ok..be interesting what the x-rays show.
