A reasonably productive day today; in large part thanks to a nice walk with Lynn ( 1.6 miles; 19 minute pace) Some ache.
Then, a leisurely weight workout:
rotator cuff and hip hikes (many different types)
pull ups: sets of 10 singles, 3 sets of 5 and a set of 5 singles; 50 reps total (decent reps)
bench: 10 x 44, 10 x 94, 10 x 94, 10 x 114 (slight feeling)
curls: 3 sets of 10 x 50? (22 lb plates, 1 kg collars..very light bar)
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 134
shoulder presses: 10 x 94, 10 x 110, 8 x 110, 10 x 99
