I should go back to the office to play with computer routines; maybe no need to reinvent the wheel (for my numerical analysis class).
Today: I finished with 32 minutes on the bike; did some strength training and rehab, which included chest taps, banded walks, and yes, balancing on one foot. The latter is HARD for me, at least on my left (bad) leg.
Pull ups: 4 rough sets of 10, 2 sets of 5 chins, 5 wide, 5 regular.
Push ups: 30 sissy (much better depth than before), walk 10 (55 total), 20 feet elevated.
curls: 3 sets of 10, rows: 3 sets of 10 single arm (60), seated military: 10 x 88, 93, 98.
Then the stationary bike.
