Wasted another day; even a relatively pain free one. Slept in.

Ok, Chiefs game yesterday; the lost 6-3 even though Quad Cities made 4 errors to keep the Chiefs in it. That 3 run HR with 2 outs hurt.

Weights only today:

pull ups (better; sets of 5 and 10 with several chins and one penalty set of 5)

push ups: 40, 40, 30

deadlifts: 4 sets of 10: 134, 184, 224, then high 251

lots of shoulder stuff; did some benches (3 sets of 10 x 45, 3 sets of 10 x 94-95..last one was wide grip with the grip bar).
