I honestly believe that we make political decisions for emotional reasons and then use our intellects to justify said decisions.
And so I am a Klobuchar man for now; she strikes me as a hard working, “get it done” type of Senator. There is evidence for this: ranked first in the 2016 Congress in terms of getting bills signed into law and has a stellar career: 33 bills total by GovTrack, many with Republican cosponsors and many are meaty. Compare that to 42 for Biden (in a MUCH longer career), 7 for Warren (started 4 years later) and 6 for Booker and 4 for Harris.
I suppose I listed these because they are the ones I am more interested in; forget that do-nothing from Vermont (7 since 1991; including post office names)
So where does this leave me: realistically, Klobuchar, as much as I like her, is barely out of “Margin of Error” territory. She needs to gain some traction.
What about Joe Biden: well, to be honest, this newfound “wokeness” to the newer, less moderate Democrats is really turning me off. This started with the railroading of Al Franken. If nothing else, Biden is not a part of that clown show.
