Tight pitcher’s duel and other stuff

I was somewhat sleepy today; weird given that I’ve slept quite a bit. Allergies?

Still, the weight workout went fine: pull ups (15-15-10-10-5), rotator cuff, bench: 10 x 135, 1 x 185, 1 x 190, 7 x 160, military: 10 x 50 standing, 15 x 50 seated, supported, 10 x 45 standing, rows: 3 sets of 10 x 50 single arm, 10 x 110 machine, 10 x 70 (each arm) decline machine, 4 x 70 (each arm) incline machine, head stand, crow, plank (some leg up) goblet squats 8 x 30 deep, 6 x 35 deep, leg press: 10 x 210, knee stretches.

I admit it: seeing old people in the doctor’s office inspired me to lift hard. Weight: 187.5

Video: about 41 second into it…you can see me stretching.

Chiefs: they played their 3’rd “road” game vs. Quad Cities and I picked it up in the bottom of the 1’st. It was 0-0 going into the bottom of the 9’th; there weren’t THAT many strikeouts but batters were hitting it straight to fielders and the outfield on both sides were catching EVERYTHING. Finally, in the bottom of the 9’th, a walk followed by an “off the wall” double won the game for QC. It was 1-0, but the game was much more exciting than that might indicate: lots of double plays and spectacular catches.
