Yes, there was an embarrassing glitch but the noon and the 2 pm went fine.
Some dull ache but I did take Naproxen for my shoulder so..that dulled things a bit. First 2 miles were nice and light; slacker 3’rd mile.
My mood: kind of up and down; tired of pandemic stuff but seeing some light at the end of the tunnel.

Was it one year ago I was yapping about “living my life”; not being afraid of covid and just saying I’d wash my hands really well and wipe down?
