I was afraid of this. We are in quarantine for 2 weeks.
But I was teaching online anyway, so now I’ll make up a quiz and perhaps grade some.
Workout notes:
I had one slacker mile. Pain: I started to feel some tingles at mile 3, sensation at 4-5 but just a “thereness” I wouldn’t have even remarked on. I am convinced that I got it by adding too many miles, too soon. Right now, 5-6 milers seem to be ok.
Oh, and frog pose before hand helped.
BTW, two shots today and my weight, with jeans, shoes and shirt was 201. (after lunch)
