I had one slacker mile. Pain: I started to feel some tingles at mile 3, sensation at 4-5 but just a “thereness” I wouldn’t have even remarked on. I am convinced that I got it by adding too many miles, too soon. Right now, 5-6 milers seem to be ok.
Oh, and frog pose before hand helped.
BTW, two shots today and my weight, with jeans, shoes and shirt was 201. (after lunch)
Things are starting to pole up so I need to get on it.
Sunday: started to rain hard with lots of lightning so I did 4.1 on the treadmill (4.6 by the treadmill counter) then another 2 miles outside (2.06) at a bout 16 minute pace; 1:33 for 6.2
Monday: weights: warm up. Note: my shoulders burned a bit this Friday so I thought about backing off
pull ups (with rotator cuff in between): I did sets of 10 singles or 5 doubles five times; better quality
bench; 10 x 134, 5 x 174, 5 x 174, 5 x 174
trap bar squats: 10 x 134, 10 x 156, 10 x 167 (deficit; very careful)
rows: 3 sets of 10 x 60 single arm
seated shoulder presses: 3 sets of 10 x 83
push ups: on the 2: 20, 20, 15, 5
That finished me off (1:15)
Body wise: feeling bloated and I go to the doctors office. yokkes.
