Somewhat disappointing

Ok, my body was stiff and my legs were dead. So I decided to walk 8 miles instead of running 6; better marathon training for me.

And well, at least I was consistent: 1:05:45 out, 1:05:48 back. Back was downhill but I think that I lost focus.

This was the front of the Riverplex to the Bishop Hill intersection course and back; 8.7 miles altogether. Too slow. Weight: 189.

Pretty day though, and I saw a goose with a wounded wing.
