Out of it

I did work stuff but didn’t attack my paper like I needed to. I need to snap out of it.

Workout notes: PT plus pull ups and push ups:

Pulls: 10 crunch, 10 singles, set of 10 (3 sloppy) then 4 sets of 5 (3 were chins) then 3-3 mixed grip. Push ups: 10, 20, 20, 20, 20, 10 (between monster walks and clam shells)

Swiss bar bench: 5 x 134, 5 x 145, 5 x 145, 3 x 145, 1 x 155, 4 x 145

high incline: 10 x 75, 10 x 85, 8 x 96
