I tried to simulate an academic year workout, and I got delayed just a bit and got to the office at 8:50, after a 5k walk to the office (slow)
The workout itself: stretches took me to 6:10 then:
pull ups: 5, 5, 10, 5, 5, 5, 5 then sets of 5 singles (chins) to get to 53
bench press: 10 x 134, 10 x 145 (hard!) 2 x 150, 1 x 150 (exhausted), 10 x 134 (easy)
incline: 7 x 120 (hard)
high incline: 7 x 94, 6 x 94, 6 x 94
3 sets of curls.
Evening: some tightness; lots of sitting. Made some videos, put out some fires.
