Leg life returns

So, the legs are feeling better. After today’s lifting (about 90 minutes total) I cruised 5K in 44:30 (14:15 mpm) finishing with 13:43. Felt good!

The weight workout: well, it was a workout. 10 singles (pull ups), 2 sets of 5 chin up singles, 6 sets of 5 pull ups mixed with PT

bench: 10 x 134 then 4 x 160, 4 x 155, 4 x 150, 4 x 150 (fatigued as I went)
incline: 3 x 134 (shaky), 9 x 115

dumbbell shoulder press: 3 sets of 10 with light dumbbells (30), 3 sets of curls: 2 sets of 10 with the Swiss bar, then 7-7-7 with the EZ curl bar.

Last night: the Chiefs took a 4-1 lead into the top of the 8’th. But the relief pitchers struggled and between two of them, gave up 4 runs in the 8’th to end up losing 5-4.
