I am still sort of sore so, I guess I DID exceed my preparation this past Saturday
workout: pull ups: one set of 10 (reps 21-30); rest were 5 (1 set chin up grip, 2 sets mixed)
bench: 10 x 134, 3 sets of 5 x 150
inline: 5 x 134 (oh so slight hip slide on rep 5)
3 sets of curls with 3 light sets of dumbbell shoulder presses.
Then a leisurely 5K walk around the area; Moss plus a bit more.
