Revving up…

September was bad. October will be worse. November will be terrible. That’s all I will say (work stuff).

I still got in a decent workout: weights before a work meeting, walk afterward (morning off)

PT with pull ups (only 10 flat push ups) 10 single pull ups, 2 sets of 5 singles chin ups, 7 + 3 chins, 5+5 pull ups, 2 sets of 5 (chins, pulls).

Finished off with a 20 second (lift to down) pull up, 25 second (lift to down) chin up hold.

Downstairs to the Swiss bar: 6 x 134, 5 x 150, 5 x 150, 4 x 150 (missed rep 5), 1 x 134 pin press, 5 x 134 pause bench press.

3 sets of shrugs.

3 sets of 7 x 94 high incline

3 sets of 10 curls.

Then the meeting.

Then the walk: 4.10 miles in 58:26 (very slow start again); this was Lower Bradley Park with a wide path out. Return mile was 13:46.

5K walk tomorrow; we’ll see how it goes.
