Heavy rain with lightning so I did 4 miles on the treadmill, then 2 cool down miles outside. I saw crazy driving: someone driving on a sidewalk, 2 going the wrong way (one way street and wrong side of a boulevard) and some not knowing where they were going, at all.
Pain wise: walk on the treadmill was ok; I rarely feel it in the glute but more in the lumbar (slight soreness). That is from being bent forward, I think.
Then, coming home: invasion of the robots.
