Swiss bar bench: 5 x 134, then 3 sets of 5 x 145, 1 set of 2 with 155

high incline: 10 x 75, 10 x 85, 10 x 96

curls: 3 sets of 10

Then a warm (86 F, 59 percent humidity) walk; old 1 plus (Rebecca/Cooper), 2 via Moss and back (28:20 for the out and back) followed by an extra mile loop through campus. 4.25 in 58:43. (13:49 pace)

This evening: The Chiefs won 1-0; a double with a runner on base (fast runner) was the difference. The Bandits loaded the bases in the second but came away empty; once again there was a close double play (in the first) that went the Chiefs way. They out hit the Chiefs 8-4 but could not score their base runners.

And the Chiefs bull pen mastered the final 3 innings.
