But working out and a Chiefs game helped
PT, then a 5.1 mile walk.
This was my 3.14 mile course, with a cemetery hill loop then an extra .6 mile (modified for construction. Call it 5.15.
The online calculator got the BU loop at 0.65. So the 5.15 seems about right.
Chiefs game The Chiefs won 6-2, going into the 8’th leading 4-2 and getting two insurance runs. The right fielder hit 2 home runs and made some spectacular plays.
And Quad Cities did leave the bases loaded..and had a very close call on a double play (which could have scored a run) go against them.
