Putting out fires..

Another rough day with technology…connecting to the projector and my ladibug focus dying on me.

Workout:

pullups: 30 singles on 10 seconds, 10, 5, 5, then 2 sets of 5 chins

push ups: 25, 25, 20 (sissy, almost flat, feet up)

lots of rehab

curls (3 sets), rows (light..94), seated shoulder 44, 66, 71 have to watch the angle

31 minutes bike (10 fake miles)

some glute ache this evening, and slight shoulder stuff.
