Masking up and going to the Illinois vs Maryland game.
I don’t know how it will go…something like 42-31 Maryland?
Last night: the Chiefs walked a ton of batters and made 4 errors and lost 5-3; they were still in it though.


This morning: an almost full workout.
Pull ups (60 reps..had one set of 10, singles, sets of 5)
push ups: 25, 25, 20 with feet elevated.
Rehab..broke my trusty leg band.
curls (3 sets of 10), rows (3 sets of 10), seated shoulder: 3 sets of 10 with 44, 54, 66 (decent ROM)
32 minutes on the exercise bike (10 fake miles); did .25 on, .25 off for miles 1-5, then hard miles 6, 8, 10.
Shoulder: I can still tweak it too easily.. it is not 100 percent. Glute: yesterday’s 2.5 was hard on it …need to build back so slowly.
