Have I turned a corner?

Glutes feel pretty decent this morning and the shoulder..hard to tell. Nothing is totally well…yet.

Workout: pull ups; I focused more on the back:

20 singles, 10, then 5, 5, 5, 5, 2-3 (wide, chin), 5 (total of 60 reps)

lots of rehab..included chest taps, banded walks, leg lifts

push ups: 3 sets of 20, much better range of motion.

then downstairs for 3 sets of curls, rows (trap bar) and presses: 1 chest 2 shoulder.

It appears that I do better WITHOUT the back support on the shoulder press. So I might start using dumbbells outside on the porch

I am getting better at these. Still a ways to go.
