Too much yesterday

Yesterday I did my hilly course 5 miler at a decent clip (14:33); last night the knee aches were strong. I sure wish the ache came on while I was going.

So, today: I used a knee brace for the lifting and did a slow (16 min/mile) commuter walk (5k) Here is what I did…poking fun at my Army veteran friend.

of note: I finally got 6 reps with 134 on my incline press.
