Siege day two

Yes, today was the funeral.

Before: Did the 5 mile, 5 hill course. I was 1:08:50 at the end and finished with 5.21 in 1:11:40 (13:45). After: Rock Island Trail from Dunlap: 3.29 very slowly (17:30) was tight due to all of that sitting. I am at 44.5 miles over the past 7 days, and the left hip feels it.

Though the 5 miler was totally painless, I sensed a mild power loss in the left leg/glute; I am going to have to pay attention to the scoliosis on that side.

The siege has begun

But we got a game on Sunday: rather forgettable 4-1 loss, but that was better than Saturday’s 11-2 blowout loss before a large crowd.
