Figuring it out

I had some stiffness in the left glute, on the side. Is this too much lumbar stress or is this muscular?

The workout today (after PT)
10 x 110 6 inch trap bar with 25 lb plates (small)
1 inch bar: 10 x 133, 10 x 195 (1.25 inch deficit)

Olympic bar: 10 x 225 (not that hard)

Wagon wheel: 10 x 260 (4.25 inch)

6 inch: 10 x 280

Then a very slow 15:04 4.2 mile walk, modifying the W. Peoria course.

This is not to the same degree that squatting bothered it. But I do work the lumbar muscles and the glutes more with the straight bar (could feel them twitch afterward) and the quads more with the trap bar. I might mix it up.
