Lazy day and a Chiefs win

Still fighting through fatigue…sort of.

Morning: up, PT then pull ups: (mixed with PT); 4 sets of 5 (chins, pull ups)

9 plus 6 pull ups

5 plus 5 pull ups (sans shirt to see the back)

2 sets of 5 chin ups to finish.

Downstairs: bench press: Swiss bar: 3 sets of 10 x 134 Conventional: 4 x 154
high incline: 3 sets of 10 x 85 (tied in)

Ball game. Chiefs won 1-0 in a game that took right about 2 hours on the nose. Solo home run in the bottom of the 6’th was the only scoring;

solid pitching and defense told the story. Great Lakes got 5 hits, Chiefs 3. But the game was sealed by a spectacular hit robbing catch with 2 on base and running.

This was as full as I’ve seen the stadium in several years (education day)

The workout videos: sorry in advance about the “spare tire” shot.
