Progress

Lavage appears to help the sinus infection. I slept a LOT today; managed stretching and a slow 2 mile walk (30:30 for my 2.05 mile Moss course) and that was enough for today.

I have to be VERY conservative on my comeback.

BTW, yesterday’s COVID test was negative.
