Still buggy

Main bad symptom: a LOT of coughing when I go to bed at night. Some weakness and burning eyes.

See the doctor tomorrow.

Workout: limited PT, light deadlifts: 10 x 134, 10 x 190, then 10 x 224 4 inch (to minimize stress but get the blood moving)

then “The Barbara” . Miles: 14:24, 13:48, 13:10 and I didn’t really attempt to pick it up that much. 78 F 71 percent humidity (easier than Austin)

This is hurting my mileage totals but, well, not getting sick is a big part of staying consistent and I failed in that department for the second time this year.
