We are almost 1/4 way through and still “in person”

Last night: nice Chiefs game; 6-1 victory which featured excellent pitching, home runs, etc.

Today: pull ups (30 singles, 10, 5, 5, 5, 5, 3 penalty set), push ups (25, 25, 20 with legs elevated), deadlifts (10 x 134, 10 x 184, 10 x 224, 10 x 260 high handle), rehab which included head stand, 31:30 bike (5 1 mile harder segments)
