We shall see how COVID does in our area…some current signs are not promising.
Workout: pull ups (55 reps), rehab (lot of it), push ups 25, 25, 20 (elevated), shoulder presses: 4 sets 10 x 37 (limited ROM), 10 x 37, 10 x 28, 10 x 31, headstand, etc.
Pull ups were harsh; 3 sets of 10 singles, 7, 3, two sets of 5, one bad set of 5 chins.
Shoulders seem to be tolerating the light dumbbell presses though, so long as I “power jerk” them into position.
