Paranoid?

I did eat too many pears and too much fresh fruit a couple of days ago. Upset tummy… pink bismuth helped. Felt a bit chilled..but is this the 10 degree drop in temperature? Legs are sore..but good deadlifts yesterday.

Workout notes: yoga on my own, 2 mile walk at 17 mpm (1 mile, 1.6 mile breaks), 2 mile bike prior, 15 after, and a lot of rehab.
