B was rear ended Saturday. That lead to my going to the accident site and a loooooong trip to the emergency room. She was ok and that was expected, but one has to be more careful with an elderly person.

Thursday: 10K course (out and back in Bradley Park); 1:32:00 (14:50 mpm) Just at 1 hour at mile 4. Not that hot of a morning.
Friday: easy 5K at 17:50 after weights:
pull ups: went ok: 7, 7, 6, 6, 10, 8, 6, 6
Bench: 10 x 134, 3 sets of 6 x 155
high incline: 10 x 94, 6 x 105, 5 x 110
Saturday: very bad air, so I did a 5K walk outside after weights:
short bar, deficit: 10 x 107, 10 x 150, 3 x 195 (just not into it)
low bar: 10 x 225 (tough)

Sunday: completely convoluted course: 10.2 in 2:39:58. It wasn’t as long as the Strava “course correction” said. But it included about 2 miles in the West Peoria Cemetery (one up/down plus an extra upper loop), 4 complete laps on the track (plus a bit) as well as normal stuff. It his 77 F but humidity was only 46 percent. I had 2-3 miles slower than 16, I think.
