Ok, I’ve worked out my pre-class workout schedule. The weight portion will take 90 to 100 minutes, given everything that I do, IF I do some of it outside.
It seems as if that is too long, but I suppose it isn’t.
Today:
pull ups: 5, 5, 5, 5, 10, 10, 5, 5. Did 2 sets of 5 wide, and the rest were narrow to medium grip. In between sets: rotator cuff exercises for this set.
Bench press: 10 x 132, 5 x 176 (tough), 3 x 176 (quit before strain), 3 x 181 (hard), 5 x 171 (tougher than expected)
in between: hip hikes, ferry dumbbells to the porch (2 trips)
chin ups: 3 sets of 5, super set with
one arm rows: 3 sets of 12, each arm.
shoulder presses: 5 neutral grip, 3 sets of 10 regular grip, super set with glue/bridge exercises
push ups (10 keeping mindful to keep a straight torso). Note: these killed me on Wednesday.
head stand and 2:30 plank inside. Note: 25 minutes for pull ups, done with bench presses at 45, but was surprised the rest too as long as it did.

Other topics I am a bit miffed that Amy Klobuchar withdrew though I suppose she saw the BLM momentum was going against her. I sure hope Harris is the pick.
Abrams: HARD PASS for VP…now if she served a few years in the Senate …I’d reconsider..(or as Governor). Cabinet post or other admin job: sure.
It is looking better but so much can happen between now and then.
Yes, COVID19 is still alive and picking up in spots. We aren’t done yet. Those protests didn’t help and yes, I fully understand the charges of “hypocrisy”, though…perhaps Trump should have his rally outdoors.
What will happen this fall WRT colleges…who knows.
Do not depend on students to social distance themselves because they won’t.
