minor progress

The glute didn’t hurt as badly as before (No pain meds) and I did the 6.27 mile course in 1:35:18 (15:12 mpm); reasonably cool; just walked steadily.

Great workout? No. But ok…and now I need some motivation to get to work on projects. Ideas are fun; writing them up sucks.
