There are days like that

I was a bit weak this morning…more so than normal:

pull ups: 10-10-5-5-10-10-5-5 (60)
rotator cuff
bench: 10 x 132, 5 x 176 (bad), 5 x 176 (better but tiring), 5 x 171
outdoor shoulder press: 3 sets of 10 x 44’s
rows: 3 sets of 8 x 134 (hex)
hex dead: 10 x 184, 10 x 206
plank

Kind of “to the point” and appropriate side glute stuff.

Not socially disengaged

Yeah, my friends are telling me that I need a hair cut. And I do. But I got to get the car fixed.

Today: 2:26 for a 9.24 mile walk. 1:12 out, 1:14 back; it was a bit warm and I did stop my watch to talk to Mat. I also talked to a lady on the trail as we made through the geese. No red winged blackbird attacks. There were a few other walkers and cyclists but not like the old days. I had a bit of..”almost pain”. 15:50 was my pace (or or less; a bit faster going out)

It breaks my heart to see this unused.

Note: the River has receded quite a bit.

Sand volleyball court is usually hoping on a day like today.

Lots of cottonwood.

Ball field (near the river, for recreational teams) is usually hopping too. So sad to see it empty.

Course was to the end of the ball field and back; no goose loop. A goose loop lap in each direction would make this almost 10.
