nap time

I got a few things done but mostly, I napped.

Ok, workout wise: I woke up kind of stiff…again. It is hard for me to tell when this is “you need a rest day” stiffness and “just work through it”. Today was the latter:

rotator cuff and back/hip PT
pull ups: 10-10-10-10, 5, 5, 5, 5 (last two sets were chins)
bench press: 10 x 132, 3 sets of 5 x 176
military press: 10 x 86 (25 for bar and collars; 22 and 8.8 on each side), 8 x 91, 5 x 95.4, 3 x 99.8, 10 x 86
trap rows (superset) 3 sets of 8 x 134 (inside)
plank: 2:30

All in all: decent but I did have to work through stiffness.
