Mondays are always a tough workout day for me; Sunday I had an ok day with deadlifts and today, PT plus a 3 mile walk. Ok..I had thought about extending it to 4, but was worried that would put me in a pain zone.
The first 2 were pain free..discomfort really came on about 2.5 or so and it was mild.
I enjoy politics, reading, science, running, walking, (racewalking and ultrawalking) hiking, swimming, yoga, weight lifting, cycling and reading.
I also follow football (college and pro), basketball (men and women) and baseball (minor league and college)
