Not to jinx myself, but things are looking better.
PT plus pull ups: mix of singles (10, then 6, 6, 5, 5), 5, 5, 8 for 50 reps
push ups: 2 sets of 30 incline, 10, 20 flat, with 2 sets of chest taps.
high incline shoulder presses: 10 x 80 (though I tried 105 with an extra 25 on one side) then 8 x 94, 5 x 105, 5 x 105 with much better ROM (touched the chest)
bench: 2 sets of 10 x 134
dead: low: 10 x 134, 10 x 190, then 4 inch: 10 x 260 (don’t think I bounced the sets)
Then the walk. Walk was pain free. Felt great.

Now note the contrast: 105 now, and 105 a couple of weeks ago:
