More dumb health stuff

Yes…sore throat: either allergies or reflux. We’ll know more in a month; have a doctor’s appointment to see how the prescription antacids work.

Since I had an appointment, I cut my workout a bit short. (no push ups)

PT, pull ups: sets of 5 crunch singles to get to 30, then 7, 6, 5, 5

bench: 5 x 134, 5 x 160, 5 x 160, 5 x 160, 1 x 180
high incline: 10 x 85, 8 x 94, 8 x 94 (all touching this time)

low deadlift (form) 10 x 134, 10 x 190, 10 x 205

curl: 7, 7, 7 (burned my biceps)

I think I got shorted, but that is ok; I finished fine and without pain! My pain free distance is moving up, at least right now.

That is 86 miles in February; September-December all were better, but August was not.
