Backsliding

Well, I was pretty achy last night and this morning. PT went ok and the walk; 1.6-1.7 were pain free and some pain toward the end.

This is certainly not the worst I’ve done.

But I gave into it and took 2 single doses of naproxen. That is a first in a while.
