Slightly annoyed that I was 194 after (with t-shirt) but I did eat some bloat worthy things yesterday. Don’t want this hard won losses to come back.
Some discomfort at 3.5-4 or so..kind of got lazy at times though there was some slick slush in spots. Still I MAY have been shorted by .1 miles..at most and that doesn’t change my pace. I was just slow.
And my reliable first and last miles were 14:50’ish and it would make sense that my hilly sections (the out and back 5 miler plus one extra lower loop) were slower than that.
